  • Fill out the form below and submit.

  • How to pay for your group:

    • Pay by credit card through the registration link below.

    • Pay by mailing check (payable to Wabash Conference) to Pastor Jason Lefler at the Avon Light and Life Free Methodist Church

      • 8264 E. County Road 100 S. Avon, IN. 46123

      • COST IS $40 per participant (both students and Adults)

  • Print out medical release forms for each student and bring completed forms with you to the event. (click here for forms)
